Rosso Superiore IGT
On the highest hills, which were the scene of the historic battle of 1866, a field hospital was set up. The place was chosen because it was protected by a wooded area and also became a witness to the battles that followed. Today, this area, renamed by our grandparents "Hospital Field", is an area cultivated by our agricultural company. PROTETTO is born here.

Deep ruby red.
PERFUME
Intense and pleasant of berries, with notes of fruit jam.
TASTE
Balanced, persistent and with good structure. Definitely harmonious.
HARVEST
Manual, with fermentation in steel and passage in wood.
